The McLain State Park Exploring Nature Programs presents "Birds" at 7 pm on Tuesday, July 7 at the park on M-203 north of Hancock.Interested in starting a new hobby? Do birds interest you? Learning to be a 'birder' isn't as hard as you think! Join us in learning how to begin this new hobby by traveling around the capground in search of birds.All programs meet at the picnic area's main shelter unless otherwise noted and last approximately one hour. Children under 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Programs are free but a motor vehicle permit is required for entry to the park.For more information contact McLain Explorer Program at 906-482-0278.
