The McLain State Park Exploring Nature Programs presents "U.P. Big Three" at 4 pm on Thursday, July 2 at the park on M-203 north of Hancock.Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! We will actually be discussing wolves, deer, and bear at this program, so come and check out three of Upper Michigan's biggest animals!All programs meet at the picnic area's main shelter unless otherwise noted and last approximately one hour. Children under 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Programs are free but a motor vehicle permit is required for entry to the park.For more information contact McLain Explorer Program at 906-482-0278.
