The Exploring Nature Programs at McLain State Park on M-203 between Hancock and Calumet presents "Night Flight" at 8 pm on Tuesday, July 1.The best fliers of the night are the subject of this program. Come check out bats and owls up-close and personal while learning their special characteristics that allow them to be excellent night hunters.The Exploring Nature Programs are free and open to the public but a motor vehicle permit is required for entry to the park. All programs meet at the picnic area's main shelter unless otherwise noted and last approximately one hour. Children under 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
