The Exploring Nature Programs at McLain State Park on M-203 between Hancock and Calumet presents "SURVIVOR!" at 5 pm on Tuesday, July 1.If you were stranded in the forest, would you know how to survive the night? Join the Explorer Guide for this program and see exactly what you should take with you for every day-hike and what you should do if you manage to get lost.The Exploring Nature Programs are free and open to the public but a motor vehicle permit is required for entry to the park. All programs meet at the picnic area's main shelter unless otherwise noted and last approximately one hour. Children under 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
