The Longest Fishing Tournament is held on the waters of Lac La Belle, Copper Harbor, Eagle Harbor and Lake Medora. No boat is permitted more than 5 miles from the Lake Superior Shoreline. Tournament begins at 6 am on Saturday, and ends at 3:30 pm with the Awards Ceremony at 8 pm at the Mariner North in Copper Harbor. Check in and weighing of fish will be done at the Gaslite General Store.  A pre-tournament meeting will be held from 7 - 9 pm on Friday, June 19 at the Copper Harbor Community Building and will include refreshments, live music and a fish boil.
